Refund policy

At Crescent Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure your peace of mind.


If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging.


Once we receive the returned item and it meets our exchange policy criteria, we will process the exchange promptly. You can choose an alternative item of equal or lesser value from our collection. In case you choose an item of higher value, the price difference will be applicable. If you prefer a refund in case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with store credit or refund the original payment method, as per your preference. Please note that personalised or customised items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Refund Policy 

  • Manufacturing defect- store credit, exchange or 100% refund
  • 100% Refund on Order Cancellation before dispatch
  • ₹250 to be deducted as cancellation charges for Order Cancellation after dispatch
  • The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of the request

  • Lifetime Plating & Polishing Service - Charges applicable after inspection + Shipment
  • 1 Year Repair Service - Charges applicable after inspection + Shipment
